Where is my order? How do I track my order status?

Your orders are updated at every stage of production. From your account you can see whether your order is in design approval, production, quality control or shipping.

Sign in to your account
Use the account menu at the top right.

Open My Orders
Go to the 'My Orders' section of your account.

Select the order
Click the order to see its full timeline.
